On Tuesday 11 February 2025, students in M.2/1, the Enrichment English Programme (EEP), took the Performing Arts Show final exam in Performing Arts 2 subject at Edna Cole Auditorium, Wanglang-Wattana Alumni.
The event was honored by Miss Lantip Dvadasin, the School Manager, who presided over the opening of the event and welcomed the parents who attended the performance. In addition, Dr. Pang Chinnapong, Executive Committee Member of Wattana Wittaya Academy and President of the Wanglang-Wattana Alumni had the honor of presenting a bouquet of flowers to express gratitude to Miss Tanyapat Jinjantarawong, a lecturer from Department of Performing Arts, Bangkok University who is a teacher of the Performing Arts subject.
This practical examination provided an opportunity for students to demonstrate their performing arts abilities through a variety of formats, such as stage plays, storytelling and body language which helped students develop communication skills, creativity and confidence in expressing themselves. In addition, performing arts subjects instill in students the value of teamwork, clear communication skills and learn to respect each other which are the important skills that can be used in all areas of life.
Studying the Performing Arts subject in M 2 is considered an important foundation on which to study at a higher level. In the next academic year, students will learn more through the Public Speaking Mastery course, which will help them develop more effective public speaking techniques.
