“Lower Secondary Students Participated in ‘Interactive Virtual Aquarium’ Workshop at FIBO to Learn about Ecosystems Through Virtual Reality”

On July 30, 2024, Mrs. Unjai Patimaprakorn, Head of Academic in high secondary level, led a group of 10 lower secondary students to participate in a workshop and trial of the research project titled “Interactive Virtual Aquarium: Collaborative learning environment of ecosystem using Virtual Reality” at the Institute of Field Robotics (FIBO), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi.

The purpose of this activity was to transfer knowledge about future-important technology through the study and development of a collaborative learning environment for ecosystems using virtual reality. The workshop also evaluated the learning system used in this training.

This research and training allowed students to learn and understand how to use virtual reality technology to effectively study ecosystems. Moreover, it provided an opportunity for students to experience and apply technology that plays a significant role in the future, developing their learning and skills in science and technology.
