“Leadership Camp” activities for M.4 students in the 2024 academic year.

During June 27-29, 2024, Wattana Wittaya Academy hosted an exciting Leadership Camp for M.4 students, held at by Banrimkwae – Paerimnam Resort. The camp aimed to nurture leadership skills, foster camaraderie, and provide a fun-filled experience for the participants.

Day 1: Igniting Leadership Aspirations

1. Women Empowerment Workshop: Mrs. Lantip Dvadasin, the School Manager, inspired and empowered female students to embrace their leadership potential.

2. Leadership Development Session: Dr. Rungrong Sammit and her team from Srinakharinwirot University shared their knowledge and experiences in effective leadership.

3. Entertainment Activities: The recreation team organized engaging activities to strengthen bonds among the students.

Day 2: Putting Leadership Principles into Action

1. “Flag Battle Field” Team Building Challenge: Students collaborated in a team-based activity, “Flag Battle Field,” where they strategized and executed missions to capture flags. The event was filled with excitement and camaraderie.

2. Leadership Development Workshop: Dr. Rungrong Sommitr and her team led a session on self-awareness, emotional management, and effective leadership practices. Students engaged in hands-on activities and reflected on the qualities of a true leader and their application in real-life scenarios.

3. “Watthana’s Valuable Leaders at 150 Years” Performance Showcase: Each class prepared and presented a captivating performance, showcasing their unique perspectives on leadership.

Day 3: Celebrating Connections and Spreading Positivity

1. Buddy Reveal: M.4 Teachers and students revealed their assigned buddies, reflecting on their shared experiences throughout the camp and enjoying the final day’s camaraderie.

2. “Energizing with Love” Activity: Participants explored the importance of positive energy and spreading kindness to others. The activity fostered stronger bonds among teachers and students.
