Health and Biological Sciences Learning Block Students Explore Sensory Evaluation at Chulalongkorn University

On June 23, 2026, Grade 12 students (6/1 and 6/2) from the Health and Biological Sciences (HBS) Learning Block participated in a hands-on learning program on Sensory Evaluation in Food Science at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chulalongkorn University.

The workshop was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sirima Puangprapan and Dr. Sumeth Keeratimanoch, faculty members from the Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University.

Through interactive laboratory activities, students learned the scientific principles behind sensory evaluation and gained practical experience in food science research. The program also deepened their understanding of the connections between food, nutrition, and health, helping prepare them for future studies in health and science-related fields.
