30 August 2026
On Saturday, August 29, 2026, 43 students from M.1/1–2, M.2/1–2, and M. 3/1 in the Enrichment English Programme (EEP) were invited to participate in the “Simulated Classroom” activity at Samyan Mitrtown Hall 2.
Organized by Education New Zealand (ENZ) and the New Zealand Embassy in Thailand, the activity gave students an opportunity to experience New Zealand’s approach to education while exploring different learning concepts and methods in an international setting.
This year’s event also marked the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and New Zealand. Wattana Wittaya Academy students were selected to take a commemorative photo with Ms. Raylene Siale Tagaloa Liufalani, New Zealand Ambassador to Thailand, making the occasion an especially memorable experience and broadening their perspectives on international education.
Participation in the event provided EEP students with a valuable learning experience beyond the classroom, allowing them to broaden their horizons, explore international approaches to education, and apply the knowledge and skills gained to their future learning. 📚🌏
